Populations Growth
If there is one meta-trend that we should all be paying attention to is population growth and the Planets' carrying capacity. Best estimates suggest that by 2050, global population will reach 9 billion people on the planet. Experts are predicting that more people will continue to move from rural populations to urban ones. Furthermore, growth in the Southern Hemisphere will outpace the Northern Hemisphere.

"What defines GenFlux is a mind-set that embraces instability, that tolerates--and even enjoys--recalibrating careers, business models, and assumptions."
